Workshops
Let’s face it. Being a leader in today’s environment is hard. It requires care, courage, and clarity that can feel impossible in the face of changing times and complex systems.
A willing partner in the journey—one able to speak truth to power with love—might just help. Over the past 20 years, Carrie Fox has counseled hundreds of executives to lead with purpose, fueling organizations and their missions forward in new and more impactful ways. Our strategic communications work focuses deeply on issues of community—from social justice to sustainability, children’s health, higher education, and workforce development. And our goal: to help make you a more effective, trusted, and effective leader.

New Leader Coaching
A new leader’s first 120 days on the job are critical for long-term success. We’ll kick off our work together with a half-day strategy intensive to understand your role and objectives for the future. Following the session, we will help you develop a 120-day strategy plan to keep your leadership priorities on task. During the weekly sessions that follow, expect to generate new ideas, workshop solutions to your trickiest problems, and strategize on the best ways to advance your priorities.
